HOW IT WORKS
Consignment is a service we provide whereby you, as the consignor, place your luxury watch with us at The Reserve, acting as the consignee, for sale on your behalf for a minimum period of 30 days. This is a well-established practice within the luxury watch market, allowing you to leverage our industry expertise, professional presentation, and client network while avoiding the time, effort, and complexity of handling the entire sales process yourself. Selling via consignment will also usually achieve a higher return compared to an outright sale, as the watch is marketed to the right buyers at the right price.
STEP 1
FILL IN THE FORM
Please fill out this form and a member of our team will contact you shortly with your appraisal.
STEP 2
SEND YOUR WATCH TO US
We will get in touch with a valuation for your watch, and once you’re happy to proceed, we will organise collection or drop off.
STEP 3
WATCH INSPECTION
Once your watch arrives, our specialists will carry out an inspection, assessing both its condition and authenticity.
STEP 4
AGREEMENT
After the watch’s authenticity is confirmed, you and we will enter into a consignment agreement outlining the commission, asking price, consignment period, and any applicable fees.
STEP 5
INTERESTED BUYERS
We act as an intermediary for buyer inquiries and price negotiations, communicating all offers and counteroffers between you and potential buyers.
STEP 6
FINAL SALE
Once a sale price is agreed, we handle all payment, paperwork, and legal requirements, deduct our commission, and remit the remaining proceeds to you.
