What is a consignment sale?
Consignment allows us to discreetly market your timepiece on your behalf, typically resulting in a higher sale value than an immediate purchase. A minimum 30-day consignment period applies.
What option is best for me?
Outright sale offers the fastest payment, part exchange is ideal if you’re upgrading, and consignment usually delivers the highest return. We’re happy to advise on the best option for your goals.
Why is a deposit required?
A deposit is only required when we are sourcing a specific watch for you to confirm commitment, or if you wish to reserve a watch for an in-person viewing.
Can I claim VAT?
As a reseller on the secondary market, all of our watches are sold as previously owned, meaning VAT is not applied to our prices and cannot be reclaimed.
How do you ship watches?
All watches are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured for complete peace of mind. Every parcel is securely packaged and tracked from dispatch to delivery.
