HOW IT WORKS
Here at The Reserve we understand the importance of allowing customers to part exchange your existing model to accommodate the new addition to your collection.
Part exchange allows you to sell your watch and off set it against a new one. We will expertly assess your watch and offer you a competitive and accurate valuation for the watch you wish to part exchange.
STEP 1
FIND YOUR WATCH
Find your desired watch on the website and note the Watch SKU number located above the product title.
STEP 2
FILL IN THE FORM
Please fill out this form and a member of our team will contact you shortly with your appraisal.
STEP 3
SEND YOUR WATCH TO US
We will get in touch with a valuation for your watch, and once you’re happy to proceed, we will organise collection or drop off.
STEP 5
WATCH INSPECTION
Once your watch arrives, our specialists will carry out an inspection, assessing both its condition and authenticity.
STEP 4
PART EXCHANGE
We will then present our final offer. Once accepted, the part exchange will be confirmed and your watch will be delivered or ready for drop-off. Any outstanding balance will be transferred to you via bank transfer within 1–3 working days.
